Gloucester comfortably saw off Exeter in the Group Stage of the Premiership Cup last weekend, but while the 45-19 score was impressive, the attention was firmly on what happened in the changing room post-match.
Prop forward Jamal Ford-Robinson suffered a pretty nasty broken nose during the game, which required the team doctor to put it back in place to avoid Ford-Robinson having to undergo a surgical procedure in hospital.
A video on social media then went viral as Ford-Robinson underwent what can only be described as an agonising realignment of the cartilage.

Ford-Robinson bravely withstood the initial pressure on his head and nose from the team doctor before the pain became too much. Having been reassured by the doctor that the procedure was best done on-site at Kingsholm, he quipped: “well we’ve committed now, we might as well carry on!”
This one’s not for the squeamish!
