The Chiefs stamped their ticket to the Super Rugby final with a 19 – 6 win over the Brumbies in Hamilton today.
In a tight contest, there was little between the teams, with tempers boiling over at times.
One such moment involved Brodie Retallick and Nic White, who had one of the most mismatched games of pushing and shuffling in the game’s history.
Whilst the size advantage was clearly with Retallick, he also held the mental edge over White as he employed a teammate to get White to the ground.
Once described as the next epidemic by one paranoid American news outlet as the next great epidemic. A Chiefs player was kneeling behind White when Retallick gave him a shove.
Check it out! (Yes, we know it was purely circumstantial!)
An old classic from the @ChiefsRugby
It’s like being in school in the 2000s all over again!
