Hilarious footage of former Wallaby international Justin Harrison’s rucking technique from 2003 has gone viral on Twitter.
The short clip shows the Brumbies lock using his boots to stamp on a Blues player and prevent him from slowing the ball down at a breakdown.
Harrison stamps the player at least 15 times which by today’s standards equates to about 10 red cards and a season-long ban, but it’s good fun to look back at how much the game has changed – even in just the past 20 years.

Harrison represented the Wallabies 34 times over a three-year period and was notorious for his physicality on the field, most memorably against the British & Irish Lions in 2001 when he struggled to see eye-to-eye with Austin Healey.
