Ugandan Rugby has been making real strides over the past five years in particular with their sevens program.
Competing at this past weekend’s commonwealth games, they were drawn alongside fellow African side and giants of the sevens game Kenya as well Australia and Jamaica.
Losing to Kenya in an entertaining opening fixture, they rebounded with a well-deserved draw against Australia before closing out their campaign with a thumping of Jamaica.
Proving once again that they are ready to compete regularly on the international circuit.
No doubt there was plenty of highlights on the field of play but the best moment of the tournament for the team had to be star player Desire Ayera taking over the DJ decks.
In a hysterical moment, Ayera showed he is a multitalented individual who could have a career in Ibiza when his rugby days come to a close!
DJ Fufu, sometimes he goes by the names of @ayera_desire
