Duhan van der Merwe reveals which URC players rubs him up the wrong way

Scotland star Duhan van der Merwe has become one of the most dangerous finishers in World Rugby over the past four years.

The South African-born Edinburgh flyer is a key weapon for both his provincial side and Scotland.

Playing his club rugby in the United Rugby Championship (URC), van der Merwe faces several of his international rivals on a regular basis.

When asked which of these players gets under his skin, van der Merwe had an interesting response.

Pinpointing Connacht and Ireland star Bundee Aki as a player who gets on his wrong side, van der Merwe said with a smile, “Bundee Aki can sometimes get a bit lippy.” Before saying, “He has calmed down a wee bit to be fair.”
