Springbok scrum-half Faf De Klerk got a tackle attempt wrong on powerful All Blacks winger Calum Clarke.
The nuggety number nine slipped as he was attempting a tackle before slipping into the oncoming Clarke.
Having been on the ground without moving for the best part of ten minutes, De Klerk was removed from the pitch on a stretcher.
Giving a thumbs up as he left the pitch, De Klerk will hopefully make a speedy and full recovery.
As Jaden Hendrikse came on and play got back underway, the Springboks dominated the All Blacks scrum before launching several attacks.
