Not a week goes by without Joe Marler doing something outrageous to make everyone laugh, and this week is no different.
Fresh from his man of the match performance (and great post match interview) against Bath on Friday night, the loosehead prop is at it again with a stroke of advertising genius from Harlequins.
For the London club’s annual Big Game at Twickenham (This year a double header of men’s and women’s games against Bristol Bears), Joe has been given full creative license to create a video promoting the fixture.
It goes as expected…
Based around a Teddy Bears picnic, no doubt a dig at Bristol’s name, Joe proceeds to tell the Teddys, named Ellis and Kyle (Of course), a story about the big game.
But the Harlequins prop then decides he is bored of Ellis and Kyle, and puts them through a lawnmower, as you do…
