The Hollywoodbets Sharks overcame three yellow cards in the final fourteen minutes to claim a 39 – 21 win over the Exeter Chiefs in Durban.
Scoring some truly world-class tries, the Sharks held off their plucky visitors, who played right to the final seconds and will be kicking themselves that they are leaving South Africa empty-handed.

Securing the four-try bonus point before half-time, the Sharks went coast-to-coast for some of the best tries we will see this season.
Despite rarely being truly challenged, the Sharks will be disappointed to have conceded the three yellow cards in quick succession.
On the positive side for John Plumtree’s charges was their ability to hold the Chiefs out despite the numerical disadvantage they found themselves in.
Next up for the Sharks is a trip to England, where they will face Springbok star Handre Pollard’s club, the Leicester Tigers, who are currently sitting in 3rd position in the Premiership.
For the Chiefs, they will host reigning champions Toulouse at Sandy Park, seeking revenge for last season’s 64 – 26 quarterfinal loss.
