Huge hit leads to try in Women's 7s tournament in Slovenia

This crunching tackle comes to us from Slovenia and a Women’s 7s tournament match between RAK Olimpija Ljubljana and a visiting team from Bosnia, RK Gladiatori. A restart kick looked uneventful enough, then Kim Habjan flew in and make a very impressive big hit. 

They then shifted it wide and scored a try thanks to the dominant challenge resulting in a turnover.

To her credit, the tackled player popped back up and made an effort to get back in defence.

Incidentally, the home team, RAK Olimpija Ljubjana, also makes up the Slovenian national team as they are the only ladies 7s team in the country.
