Crusaders star Will Jordan once again took centre stage this weekend for Tasman in the Mitre 10 Cup by setting up a wonderful counter attack try against Counties Manukau.
The 22-year-old was one of the standout performers throughout Super Rugby Aotearoa and the full back used his wonderful running ability to split open the Manukau defence on Saturday.
So, Will Jordan is Ben Smith-ing his way into my heart huh. What a year he’s having.

Mako winger Mark Telea received the ball from a stray kick inside his own half and fed Jordan in midfield. The speedster shaped to return the kick but then dummied and spotted a hole in the Manukau defence.
Jordan broke clean through and ran 30 metres down field before finding centre Leicester Fainga’anuku out wide who scored under the posts.
