Ngani Laumape went full beast mode against the Melbourne Rebels to score a fantastic 40-metre try in round 12 of Super Rugby.
The All Blacks centre ran a switch with Beauden Barrett on the 10-metre line and brushed off three defenders to score a superb solo try in the fourth minute of the game.

This score helped the Hurricanes to a 29-19 win over the Rebels, leaving them second in the New Zealand conference behind the Crusaders.

The 26-year-old has earned 12 caps for the All Blacks but with competition for squad places heating up due to the form of Ma’a Nonu and the return of Sonny Bill Williams, Laumape will have to keep performing well to guarantee selection.
