Premiership club Leicester Tigers are renowned as a no-nonsense club, devoid of frills and more focused on being a pillar of the midlands city.
Arguably the most successful English club in the professional era (Saracens fans might disagree), the Tigers became the first club to win back-to-back Heineken Cups in 2001 and 2002.
These two European titles sit proudly alongside eleven domestic titles spanning from 1988 right through to their most recent win in the 2022 final.
With a club steeped in such history, it is understandable that the famous red, white and green jersey has become somewhat iconic in rugby circles.
Putting a spin on this traditional strip, the 2023/24 Tigers kit was always going to be a talking point following its release in early July.
The home strip sticks to the traditional colours, whilst the away strip is a slick black print.
Whilst, by and large, the kit was met with positive feedback, this didn’t stop rivals Saracens from taking a swipe at the kit.
Suggesting the print resembled a different big cat than the intended Tiger, the Sarries social media team put out a rather funny jab ahead of their 2023/24 clashes.

Given the two kits caught the attention of those online, it’ll be interesting to see how their new bright pink training strip goes down with fans and rivals alike.
Announcing the kit, the Tigers pulled off a rather funny lip sync from the 2004 Lindsay Lohan Teen Comedy. Check it out!
