All Blacks star Damian McKenzie set up a wonderful counter attacking try for the Chiefs on Saturday to inspire an incredible comeback against the Hurricanes in Super Rugby Aotearoa.
The little magician caught a swirling kick inside his own half and immediately side-stepped his opposite number Jordie Barrett before attacking the space in behind.
McKenzie jinked his way through another tackle before executing a textbook offload to his teammate Chase Tiatia, who then kept the ball alive with a lovely disguised pass to Samipeni Finau.
The replacement lock then gave the decisive pass to Brad Weber and the scrum half dived underneath the sticks to score one of the tries of the season.
GAME ON! Don’t be sleeping on @ChiefsRugby!
