Stade Francais and Racing 92 are in the midst of a titanic struggle in the Top 14 Barrage (quarterfinal).
The game got off to a chaotic start as Argentinean international Marcos Kremer was shown a red card for a shoulder to the head of Finn Russell.
With zero mitigation, the referee had no choice but to send the Pumas star off.
The incident itself was rather reckless, with Kremer clearly making heavy contact with Russell before following through with a secondary hit.

Down to 14-man, Stade Français would be blitzed by Racing for the next twenty minutes as they ran into a 17 – 3 lead.
Yet, despite being a man down, Stade went to work scoring two close-range tries whilst also getting Racing down to 13 men due to two sin bins.
At the break, the score would be 17 – 17 in what a true reflection of just how competitive the French league is.
The Top 14 is wild!
