The question for all Scottish and Argentinean Rugby fans after that one is ‘have you caught your breath yet?’
In a truly chaotic, exhilarating and sensational feast of passionate rugby, Argentina were shown four cards, three yellow and one red whilst the hosts were shown a yellow.
Despite the musical chairs with players coming and going, the game did not want for attacking quality with both sides showing their sublime handling skills.
Scottish flyhalf Finn Russell was a deserved man of the match ahead of Scotland’s reply to Cheslin Kolbe in Darcy Graham who scored a hattrick of tries.
Whilst the game was chaotic from start to finish, no moment was more chaotic than the mass brawl that took place as tempers reached boiling point.
In one of the best sledges, we have seen for a while, Pumas captain Julian Montoya asked Scotland’s South African born winger Duhan van der Merwe “Do you want me to speak Afrikaans?!”

The brawl itself was wild with over twenty players involved as the officials struggled to get control of the proceedings.
For their part the Edinburgh fans were all over the action as they created an electric atmosphere which the players clearly fed off.
