In arguably club rugby’s biggest rivalry, Leinster and Munster have played out a very tight albeit error strewn first half in front of more than 45,000 fans.
Leinster have scored the lone try of the fixture so far through backrow Scott Penny and were awfully close to going over again on the stroke of halftime, but Dan Sheehan was just held up.
Munster for their part have really got stuck into their hosts despite receiving two yellow cards and conceding a significant number of penalties.
The second yellow card was shown to second row Jean Kleyn who attempted to charge down on winger Jamie Osbourne.
Whilst fans online have been split between what punishment should’ve been handed down, the incident was awkward to say the least.
Ouch. Nasty.
Jean Kleyn lucky to just get a yellow?
