New Zealand Rugby’s domestic competition, the National Provincial Competition (NPC), is the breeding ground for the next generation of top-line Kiwi Rugby talent.
Currently underway, the league is approaching its final rounds with Tasman leading the way ahead of Wellington with one round to play.
Towards the tail end of the table, Manawatu, Southland and Northland are a few clicks behind the rest of the league.
Despite not quite hitting the heights they would’ve hoped to on the pitch, Southland have taken this years crown as the team with the best sponsors.
Linking up with Pie company ‘fat bastard pies’, the Stags have one of the coolest companies in New Zealand on their side.
Not only does the name look epic on the jerseys but it will ensure that the Southland lads will enjoy a long offseason followed by a brutal preseason!
NPC Competition. Southland sponsor. Perfect.
