Toulouse defeated Harlequins on Sunday in one of the most entertaining and exhilarating rugby matches this decade as the home side booked their place in the Champions Cup final later this month.
Basking in the south of France sun, the fans turned out in their thousands.
The committed Harlequins supporters that had made the journey found themselves well and truly outnumbered by the sea of red and black banners, shirts and flags at Stadium de Toulouse.
Despite bringing less numbers, the splattering of quarter colours that were found in the right hand corner of the stadium, happened to be the loudest of the bunch, bringing with them their infectious enthusiasm, musical instruments and unwavering optimism.
Mixed in with the fans, if you looked close enough, was Nick David dressed head to toe in full kit.

Not wanting to miss out on such a special occasion with his teammates, the rapid fullback made sure he was ready to make an appearance from the stands at a moments notice.
This was a match that many Harlequins described as one of the biggest in their illustrious history, having never made it to a Champions Cup semi final in the past.
Each and every fan found themselves in a jovial spirit as the match built to it’s incredible climax, with the majority expressing their admiration for the efforts of the side despite the end result.
Speaking after the match, Harlequins head coach Danny Wilson was in a reflective mood:
“We looked like Quins again [in the second half], sorted our breakdown problems out, got some speed of ball and every time we got into their 22 we looked like we would score,
“It’s the first time the club has ever been in a European semi-final so it was always going to be about learnings.
“Most of the learnings are positive ones. It shows we are on the right course. I’m proud of what we’ve done but a part of you will always look at it and think about what we could have done.”
