It’s not often we go cross-code on RugbyDump, but in the true spirit of credit given where credit is due, here’s one of the most ridiculous ball placements you will see this year.
Last weekend’s game between the North Queensland Cowboys and the Brisbane Broncos was a closely fought encounter with the Cowboys just edging it 19-18.
But the game will be best remembered for the opening try of the game, courtesy of Kyle Feldt, who produced a magical acrobatic finish which left the commentators in awe of the effort.
“Has he got three arms?” said one of them, as Feldt unravelled his arm from under no less than three Broncos defenders to touch down.

It was an incredible piece of athleticism and one which had most viewers scratching their heads as to how he got the ball down. Rugby League tends to produce exceptional pieces of skill due to the nature of the code, but this was picked from the very top branch.
