Portugal Rugby sensation Raffaele Storti is fast becoming one of the most exciting backline talents in French Rugby’s ProD2 competition.
The 23-year-old, who plays for AS Béziers Hérault, has been on a try-scoring rampage so far this season with 16 tries in just eleven appearances.
Given Portugal are now just six months out from a historic clash with World Champions South Africa in Bloemfontein, Storti’s form and continued development is a major boost for Os Lobos.
In this run, Storti has enjoyed a four-try performance against Aurillac in round 15 with two tries in four of the previous five matches prior to that breakout performance.
Béziers are now third on the Pro D2 table just two points behind leaders Provence and tied on points with second place Vannes.
