It was quite the half in the Investec Champions Cup between Stade Français and Northampton Saints, particularly for nineteen year old Henry Pollock who plays for the Saints.
The back row forward scored a brace of tries within two minutes of each other. His high level work rate at the breakdown was tremendous and his pace and physicality allowed him to cross the whitewash.
On sixteen minutes, he scored his first in front of a vibrant crowd at the Stade Jean-Bouin. Phase after phase as Saints stormed into the home 22, Pollock wrestled over in the corner.
Two minutes later and he scored another through an intercept. Scott Young stopped Jonas in his tracks and Pollock ripped the ball before cantering over from 60m- incredible stuff. Despite the game ending in defeat for Northampton despite them being in the lead at half time, Pollock can be proud of his efforts and performance.
