DHL Stormers and Springbok Number Eight Evan Roos has caught the ire of those online for a seemingly unnecessary off the ball incident.
Currently playing in a tense United Rugby Championship clash with Italian side Benetton, the Stormers Number Eight was shown a yellow card.
The card was in relation to a moment where the number eight seemingly shoved a Benetton player’s head into the ground with force.
A gesture that has NOTHING TO DO with the sport of rugby and that can easily gone horrendous, serious injury or even worse.
Only a yellow
Do not talk bout the importance of player safety if there is no backup of those claims.

The incident builds on Roos’s off the ball shenanigans in last season’s clash with Leinster where he pushed Leinster flyhalf Harry Byrne’s face into the ground.
Evan Roos is a total fucking moron. Getting bullied by Benetton so now he’s putting in cheap shots. Awful player #STOvBEN
