Georgia have beaten France in dramatic scenes in the under-18s Six Nations this afternoon. The clash, which took place in Parma, saw both sides battle it out for the full 80 minutes, with only the final kick separating the two countries.
Despite being down by nine points at halftime, Georgia found themselves able to keep their guests scoreless during the second half and instead brought the game back to within just one point in the dying moments. After crossing the try line to bring Georgia back to within one point, Gigi Sirbiladze had the opportunity to send the ball over for a historic victory.
As cool as you like, the son of legendary Georgian international Goderdzi Shvelidze kicked the winner.
