Back in 2014 Samoan centre Johnny Leota was sin binned for a huge hit on England’s George Ford during an Autumn international at Twickenham.

The inside centre rushed up on the Bath fly half and put in a monstrous tackle which animated commentators Stuart Barnes and Miles Harrison in south west London.
Despite referee Jaco Peyper initially waving play on, a TMO referral saw Leota receive a yellow card after his challenge was deemed high on Ford.
England went on to win the game 28-9 and at 36 years of age, Leota is still playing for Sale FC in the north of England. Throughout his career he earned 20 caps for Samoa and represented Sale Sharks more than 100 times.
