A wonderful video has emerged of two larger-than-life Tuilagi’s dancing on the streets of Bayonne following the opening round of Top 14 matches.
If it wasn’t for a hand injury, Manu Tuilagi would have been set to face off against his nephew Posolo Tuilagi in what would have been Uncle Manu’s league debut last Saturday. Despite being forced to sit on the touchline to watch his nephew play against his new side, Manu was in good spirits following his side’s 21-19 victory over Perpignan.
Coming on shortly into the second half, 150kg Posolo was sadly unable to force victory for his side. This defeat put no dampener on the reunion with his uncle, however, as these brilliant scenes will show.

Son of the famously strong Henry Tuilagi, Posolo gained worldwide attention last year for his devastating runs and incredible size, forcing his way into the French national side at just 19 years of age.
The injury on Tuilagi’s left hand, sustained in Bayonne’s 42-5 pre-season victory over Biarritz Olympique, will be monitored by club staff and doctors with an expected return date towards the end of October.
