Round two of the 2022 Rugby Championship saw a complete role reversal as both Argentina and New Zealand rebounded with impressive victories.
Having been well and truly thumped in round one, the All Blacks travelled to Ellis Park as serious underdogs against the seemingly impenetrable Springbok defence.
Ian Foster’s entered the day as perhaps the most under pressure All Blacks side in possibly twenty years.
Led by Sam Cane who scored a fantastic try to give his side the lead, New Zealand thoroughly outplayed the Boks to record a very important victory.
Michael Cheika and his Pumas were smarting after letting a significant lead slip in round one and the Wallabies felt their full wrath.
Los Pumas thrashed the Wallabies en route to a record 48 – 17 win in front a fanatically crowd.
Whilst the action on the pitch made for a great spectacle, it is really all about what happens on social media these days and boy did not disappoint!
Here are some of the best pieces doing the rounds on Twitter and Reddit today.

Bok fans, if in doubt blame the ref!
I hear you Belinda, but histrionically we have evidence of such behavior & last night’s result has exposed how most Springbok supporters behave including their journalists & former players. 🫣🫣🫣☺️☺️ pic.twitter.com/osEIaPW6Kj
