Ultimate drama in Trans-Tasman classic makes for awesome six-minute highlights package

The opening round clash of Super Rugby Trans-Tasman between the Crusaders and Brumbies may go down as an all-time classic due to its sheer drama and scintillating tries.

The game in Christchurch had everything from amazing individual scores to brutal hits to dramatic last-minute kicks in front of a packed out Orangetheory Stadium on Saturday.

All Blacks star Richie Mo’unga featured heavily with his impeccable skillset while a piece of individual brilliance from Brumbies full back Tom Banks sent the 18,000 fans wild.

Despite the Brumbies scoring a late try, fly half Noah Lolesio struck the conversion inches wide of the posts to hand the home side a dramatic 31-29 win in the opening weekend of the competition. Full match highlights are available below:
