Recruitment Agent
Mount Maunganui Based
We are recruiting! This position would ideally suit a young rugby enthusiastic, who is prepared to work hard and learn fast. Someone who has previously played rugby overseas and understands the recruitment process. UK travel experience would be ideal but not essential.
This is a fixed term role (7 months) with the possiblity of becoming permanent. Inside Running Recruitment is the worlds leading rugby player placement and recruitment business. We transfer in excess of 200 players per year into clubs in 20+ countries globally.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, will be able to think on their feet and will be social media savvy. The role is largely computer based and process driven. Would suit someone who is able to pick up processes quickly, process information, problem solve and communicate effectively.
Start date: Mid March 2016
Working hours: Variable/Flexible. Being available early morning and late evening to communicate with UK rugby clubs. Approximately 40hours per week. Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
Package: $25 per hour.
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Mount Maunganui Based
Full-time position available with Inside Running Academy and Athlete Factory NZ. Would suit an experienced S & C coach with aspirations to manage a full-time academy programme and world-class training facility.
Prefer candidates with proven experience with either high performance sport, or high performance facility management.
Criteria: Suitable tertiary qualification. Experience in a high performance sports environment or experience in management of a high performance facility.
Package: $70K+ package with opportunities to take an equity stake in the facility.
Start Date: March/April 2016.
Recruitment Intern
New Zealand based (flexible re: NZ location)
2016 is going to be an exciting year here at Inside Running.
We are looking for someone with a real ‘can do’ attitude who is enthusiastic and willing to ‘muck’ in whenever required. The intern position will be working closely with our Recruitment and Elite Management areas. The person will be responsible for recruiting players for overseas vacancies and talent ID for the player management side of the business.
Criteria: Tertiary education in sports management or industry experience in the recruitment field.
Package: UNPAID position. 4 weeks free accommodation is provided, intern to pay thereafter. Part-time work opportunities in the region to be sourced.
Strength and Conditioning Intern
Mount Maunganui Based
The intern position will be working closely with our academy programme, Academy S & C coach and Athlete Factory coaches.
Criteria: Must hold S & C tertiary qualification or be working towards this. Experience with Olympic Lifting. Available to work for 3 months minimum. Package: UNPAID position. 4 weeks free accommodation, intern to pay thereafter.
Part-time work opportunities in the region to be sourced.
Physiotherapy Intern
Mount Maunganui Based
The intern position will be working with our Foundation Clinic Physiotherapy team.
Criteria Must hold a tertiary physiotherapy qualification or be working towards. Experience with rugby union or other sports people is an advantage.
