The Blues scored possibly the try of the season against the Melbourne Rebels during Saturday’s Super Rugby Trans-Tasman clash at AAMI Park.
The visitors had a lineout on half way in Melbourne and crashed the ball up midfield through try-scorer AJ Lam, before recycling the ball to the near touchline.
The Blues then put on a show with a series of intricate offloads that worked them deep into the Rebels half, allowing Harry Plummer to reverse the play and find Lam with a precise cross field kick on the left-hand touchline.
