Ulster have made waves in Europe this season.
Ulster have put themselves in a pretty good position in Europe this season. They’re unbeaten so far in the Champions Cup for the 2021/22 campaign and it doesn’t look like their run will end yet.
Last Saturday, Ulster, relatively comfortably beat the reigning champions Toulouse 26-20, away in the first leg of their round of 16 tie. Despite a late charge from Toulouse to narrow the score, Ulster held on to have a 6 point advantage coming into the second leg at Kingspan Stadium in Belfast.

Robert Baloucoune baggede himself a hat trick of tries and secure his player of the match honour. Although Ulster were deserving winners, Toulouse made it harder on themselves with winger Juan Cruz Mallia getting sent off after 10 minutes of play. Cruz Mallia took winger Ben Moxam out dangerously in the air and referee Matthew Carely was right to give a red card.
Ulster have been impressive in the pool stages of the competition with back to back, home and away wins against Northampton and Clermont Auvergne. Along the way, Ulster played some scintillating rugby and will hope to continue that this weekend. Check out all their 2021/22 Champions Cup tries down below. Enjoy!
