Marcus Smith’s highlight real is one of the best in world rugby, and today the Harlequins fly half added another clip to it.
Playing against tough opposition in Sale, Smith pulled of a moment of brilliance which shows why he is widely regarded as one of the best No.10s in the world.
Running of the shoulder of his teammate Danny Care, Smith takes the ball and pulls of a inch perfect kick whilst running at full pelt. The skill of the kick is superb and it was made all the better by the fact that Nick David scooped it up to score in the corner.
Danny Care. Marcus Smith. @Harlequins. That is RIDICULOUS! 😍
Utterly sumptuous from the Quin's back line, making it look so easy! 😮💨
Just top level rugby!! 🤩#GallagherPrem pic.twitter.com/zDSfVmGR6Z

Amazingly, that was not Smith’s only moment of magic in the first half – he dotted down on the 37 minute mark to make the scores 17-10 to Quins at half time.
