Hurricanes forward Vaea Fifita received a yellow card for a high tackle during Saturday’s Super Rugby game against the Stormers.
Fifita hit Stormers replacement hooker Siyabonga Ntubeni around the neck area knocking him back in a positive tackle, which was deemed illegal by referee Jaco Peiper.
Following TMO referral Fifita was sent to the sin bin, but fans will have been wandering whether just a yellow card was a sufficient punishment.
The Stormers went on to win the game 27-0 at DHL Newlands in the opening round of Super Rugby. Full match highlights are available below:
