Check out this outrageous finish from the World 7s Series earlier on today.
Canada took on Kenya on the opening day of the Singapore 7s earlier on today. The pool A clash was the last group game for both sides before the knockout matches begin tomorrow.
Kenya came away victorious in this clash courtesy of tries from Edmund Anya, Anthony Omondi, Kevin Wekesa and Herman Humwa. However, Canada did get on the board courtesy of this outrageous finish from Lockie Kratz. Check out the finish below.
Following the opening kickoff from Kenya to start the game, the ball was batted back for Kenya to win possession. However Kratz pounced on the loose ball and showed serious speed to thunder down the touchline. With the corner flag in his sights, he leaps from about 2 metres back from the tryline in an attempt to score. Kratz grounded the ball perfectly in the corner and did exceptionally well to keep his feet in play before the finish. You won’t often see a better finish than that!
