Premiership Rugby has released footage of the crazy opening seven minutes of last weekend’s game between London Irish and Gloucester which saw three quick-fire tries.
The first try was scored in the opening minute by Blair Cowan following a dramatic charge down by Australia international Adam Coleman that saw the 6ft 8″ lock bravely hop towards the ball despite suffering a game-ending injury.
Then incredibly Gloucester responded straight from the restart following some lovely offloading to set up Henry Trinder for a try in the corner in just the third minute of the game.
Finally with the scores level at 7-7, London Irish came back once again with some excellent phase play to score the third try in just the seventh minute. Irish eventually went on to win the game 32-26 at Brentford Community Stadium.
