Quade Cooper threw this superb no-look pass in the second division of Japan League One at the weekend.
The Hanazono Kintetsu Liners had a comfortable 67-22 win over the Red Dolphins last weekend. Quade Cooper once again continued his flying form for the club. The Liners are currently top of the division 2 table.
World Rugby on Twitter shared this clip of Wallaby star Quade Cooper throwing this inch-perfect no-look pass to assist a score for the Liners. The score came 56 minutes into the second half as the liners were already 31-5 ahead at this stage.
The Liners had the put in to the line-out, inside opposition half and clean ball off the top set up a nice platform for Cooper to pull the strings. Cooper takes the ball to the line, and has plenty of dummy runners, running off him, causing chaos and confusion for the defence. A superb line was ran from the try scorer from the Liners as he ran onto the perfect pass from Quade Cooper.
Cooper has 71 caps for the Wallabies and made his return last summer after receiving Australian citizenship. He played a key role in helping Australia beat the current world champions South Africa in the 2021 Rugby Championship.
