In what has to be one of the biggest hits currently circulating around social media, a tackle in a Western Australian Premier Grade match has left Rugby fans debating its legality.
The match in question was between Joondalup Brothers RFC and Rockingham RFC. At the time Rockingham are moving the ball along the backline following a scrum on the right-hand touchline.
As the ball makes its way to the outside centre, a Joondalup player rushes up and lands a huge tackle leaving his opposite number motionless.
Initially the commentators are in awe of the hit before very quickly confirming they believe it was legal and then showing concern for the player.
