Harlequins legend Mike Brown may have played his last game for the club after being shown a red card during Sunday’s Premiership game against Wasps for stamping on the face of Tommy Taylor.
The former England full back stood on Taylor’s face in the second half and after consulting with the TMO, referee Wayne Barnes concluded that Brown’s actions were deliberate.

Brown, who is set to join Newcastle Falcons next season following a contract dispute with Quins, may well receive a lengthly ban which would see him miss the remaining four games of the regular Premiership season.
The veteran 35-year-old has represented Quins more than 300 times and if this was his final appearance for the London club, it may not be the fairytale ending he was hoping for.
