Scott Robertson’s All Blacks are now less than twenty-four hours away from the kick-off of their clash against England at Twickenham.
Fresh off a dominant display against Eddie Jones’s Japan, the All Blacks will be looking to complete a clean sweep of England in 2024, having beaten Steve Borthwick’s side 2 – 0 in their test series in July.
Stealing the show throughout the summer series, veteran utility back Beauden Barrett has regained his role as the starting flyhalf for the clash. Having previously been usurped by Chiefs star Damian McKenzie, Barrett proved his class as arguably the All Blacks stand-out performer through the early portion of Robertson’s tenure.
Barrett has been so good that the BBC has reported that the All Blacks have secured the signature of his Italian cousin with the same first name…
Things must be really dire for the ABs if they’re raiding the Italian team!
